What makes it worth the trip rather than just any bar is the care behind the craft. The bartenders squeeze their own juice and make their own syrups, and they're genuinely good at reading what a person needs. Tell them you've had a long one and want something gentle, and they'll build exactly that. There's even a hidden back room, the Captain's Quarters, where the menu disappears and the bartender creates a custom drink around your mood — perfect for the nights when deciding one more thing feels like too much.

A gentle reminder from people who love animals: if you've got a dog at home waiting on you, keep it to one, hydrate, and get a ride if you need one. The point isn't a big night.
